Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 July 2026

TestReaders is a service operated by Productimiser Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales and based in London, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Productimiser Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run your test, we never sell your data, and we delete your manuscript after the report is delivered.

1. What we collect

2. How we use it

3. Retention and deletion

Manuscript files are deleted from our systems and from readers' devices after your report is delivered. Correspondence and the report itself are kept so we can honour the refund window and answer follow-up questions; ask us to delete them at any time.

4. Sharing

We share data only with: the readers assigned to your test (manuscript only, under confidentiality agreement), our payment provider (payment only), and our email provider (correspondence only). No data is sold or shared for advertising. We will disclose data if legally compelled to, and will tell you unless prohibited.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under UK/EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict processing. Email test@testreaders.com and we'll sort it — no forms, no runaround.

6. Security

Manuscripts are stored encrypted and shared with readers through access-controlled links, not attachments. Access on our side is limited to the people running your test.

7. Changes

If this policy changes materially we'll note it here with a new date. We won't quietly weaken it.

8. Contact
