Who are the readers?

Real people recruited and vetted by us, matched to your book's actual market — practitioners for professional non-fiction, genuine genre readers for fiction. They're paid for every completed read, rated on the quality of their feedback, and dropped if they coast. They are not bots, not students padding a CV, and not the same five people reading everything.

My book was written with AI. Is that a problem?

No — it's half the reason this exists. AI can produce a decent draft; what it can't tell you is whether a human will keep turning the pages. That's the one question a human test answers.

How is this different from beta readers?

Beta readers are volunteers you find, chase, and hope will finish. Test readers here are paid, deadlined, and structured. You get five completed reads and one comparable report in 14 days — not two half-finished PDFs and a "sorry, life got busy" in month three.

Will you steal my manuscript?

No. Every reader signs a confidentiality agreement before they see a word, you keep all rights, and we delete files after the report is delivered. Also: we run a reading service, not a publishing house. Your book is safe partly because stealing it would be a terrible business model.

What if my book fails the test?
